Fast, professional, fairly priced - they were excellent from start to finish. We forgot our phone while touring wineries and needed it picked up and returned to us. I was not experienced in setting up a courier service but had an emergency so started with a Google search. I used the Drivv website and accepted a bid from Powerhouse Couriers. Their service and performance was best-in-class. I highly recommend them.

Overall a good experience. Only fly in the ointment was a failure to communicate that the shipment had been picked up ahead of schedule. It arrived at the destination less than an hour after it was originally going to be picked up. Some communication (e-mail, text, call) would have been appreciated to give a heads-up.
