Q.How To Create A Shipper Account

Posting freight quote requests (single delivery) are always free on Drivv, powered by Courierboard. When you post your first request, your new Exchange account is created. You will receive a welcome email with your username (your email address) and a temporary password.

Review your courier quotes online in your account. Each quote includes the courier company's profile and reviews. Select the quote that meets your requirements and book your delivery.

You can also sign up by clicking Join Now on our home page.

Posting an RFP (request for proposal on Route, Recurring, Multiple Deliveries) is free for the first posting. Additional RFP postings are $49 each with special pricing available for multiple city RFP needs.

Q.What happens after I book a delivery?

When you decide to accept an online quote, simply click the Book Delivery button on the quote, review all the details and terms and enter your credit card.

The delivery payment will be "held" until the courier company you have selected has confirmed delivery is complete.

Once you process your delivery payment, the quote page will show you the full contact information of the courier company you selected: Name of Company, Contact Person Name, Contact Phone and Contact Email.

You and the courier company must communicate directly from this point on. Any details regarding pickup location etc. should be given directly to your courier company via phone and confirmed by email.

If you do not hear from the courier company within a few minutes after booking, call the courier company directly.

If there are any changes in the delivery after the initial delivery payment requiring additional fees, such as extra charges for waiting time, delays because your shipment is not ready, etc., the courier company will need your credit card info and will charge you directly for those additional fees.

If you need to cancel a booked delivery, please contact the courier company ASAP, to avoid having the driver dispatched which incurs costs.
Q.What If I Need to Cancel A Booked Delivery?

If you need to cancel a the shipper you must immediately contact the courier company whose quote was accepted. Call the courier company and then send a confirmation of your cancellation by email.

You want to cancel this delivery ASAP, before a driver has been dispatched to your pick up location. (see refund details below).

Any cancel terms which were included in the delivery quote you accepted will apply.

Online Delivery Cancellations:
For delivery services booked on Drivv: Due to the expedited nature of many delivery service quote requests, if the shipper needs to cancel a same day delivery Service request, the shipper MUST IMMEDIATELY CONTACT THE DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDER whose quote was selected to cancel the service and request a refund.

Refunds will be determined based upon the Delivery Service Provider's Terms of Delivery which were included in the accepted quote contract. If there is no refund policy in the Terms of Delivery then Drivv's default refund policy will apply.

Drivv Cancellation and Refund Policy for Online Quotes:
Cancellations for a non same-day delivery request will be refunded in full if canceled prior to the day of delivery.

Drivv offers a 15 minute full refund cancellation policy to the shipper. If the shipper cancels the delivery within 15 minutes after acceptance of the quote, Drivv will provide a full refund of the quote and Drivv fee payment.

If the cancellation occurs after 15 minutes, the Delivery Service Providers' Terms of Delivery will apply. If there is no cancellation policy in the Terms of Delivery, the shipper's maximum cancellation fee will be 25% of the accepted quote amount not to exceed $300.
